Barton

This 10 mile course, formally known as F14x/10, starts 200m north of the second MARO entrance on the A603. Head south climbing over Orwell hill to the roundabout at Arrington. Turn and climb back over Orwell hill to finish 380m before the start

This is previously known as the F14/25, it starts at Electric substation enclosure 200m north of the second MARO entrance on the A603. Travel south on A603 to roundabout junction with A1198, continue over on the B1042 to Wrestlingworth and then to Dunton, turn at the roundabout and retrace to finish 20m past milestone 'Cambridge 5miles' near start.

A circuit course starting opposite the school entrance on the B1046. Travelling west to Comberton and Toft. Turn to Kingston heading for the A603 going through the Eversdens. Turn onto the A603 and head north to Barton finishing outside the White Horse PH.

Comberton

Previously known as the F2z/18 it is a 18 mile sporting course starting opposite the lay-by between Comberton and Toft. Travelling along the B1046 through Toft and Bourn to the A1198. Turn left and head south along the rolling A1198 to Arrington and to the roundabout. Turn onto the familiar A603 to Orwell and up and over the hill past the Mullard Observatory on towards Barton. Going through to the northern end and turn back towards Comberton to finish opposite the start.
